We want you to love your Nayelle products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Applies only to purchases made directly through nayelle.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Free shipping promotions do not affect refund eligibility but do not apply to returns.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, opened, or damaged items are not eligible for refund.
  • Refunds are not issued for products that have been consumed or altered after delivery.

Processing Your Refund

  • Refunds will be issued after we inspect and confirm the returned item’s condition.
  • Please allow 7 to 20 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges and Store Credit
